The acclaim regarding Draftboard’s recent launch has come as a pleasant surprise to all of us on the team, and we wanted first to thank you very much for your continued support. We have a few exciting announcements to make regarding new features, bug fixes, pricing, and more.
First and foremost, we got a few requests for markdown syntax to be enabled in posts and comments. For those who don’t know, markdown is syntax that allows you to style the text in your posts— you can bold and italicize text, create hyperlinks, and even have lines display as “code.” We’re proud to announce that markdown is now fully enabled for your convenience.
Second, we received a bug report or two regarding the ability to edit comments on drafts once they had already been posted. We’re pleased to inform you that you may now change comments you’ve already written, along with delete them or style them with markup.
Lastly, the plan upgrade page has been corrected and enabled for all users. If you find Draftboard useful for you and would like to add a few friends to your plan, your studio, or a company full of employees, it is now easily possible to do via the upgrade page.
Among these notable points are various system bug fixes, speed improvements, and interface changes that we hope will make your experience with Draftboard even more enjoyable. We would like to note that given the recent nature of the launch there are still plenty of hurdles to overcome and plenty of amazing new components to craft, so if you notice something that should be changed or you have a brilliant idea you’d like to see included in the next revision, don’t hesitate to let us know.
Thanks,
The Draftboard Team
